Pastor Mark came on staff in 2006. Originally from Ohio, he married his high school sweetheart, Brenda. They have three daughters; Marci, Candace, and Jocelyn and four grandchildren. He holds two degrees from Indiana University and received his Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Mark was ordained an Elder by the South Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Pastor Mark is well known around the office and the church for his off-the-cuff remarks, wit, and sense of humor. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, music, and motorcycles.

Peggy came to the church for a part-time secretarial position in 1986. She has been with the church ever since, as both her responsibilities and the church have grown and changed over the years. Peggy is a lifelong resident of Hamilton County. She has been married to her husband Gary for over 30 years. Together, they have two grown children, Steve and Kelly. She is also the proud grandmother to one grandson, Graham. 

In her free time, Peggy enjoys hunting for treasures at antique stores, working in her garden, decorating her home, and spending time with family and friends. 

Jerrod came on staff in 2010. An Illinois native, Jerrod studied Christian Education at Hannibal-LaGrange College in Missouri. He also has a degree in Biblical Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) Biblical Counseling and Spiritual Formation Network. He served as a Youth Pastor for almost 8 years, often you can find him just hanging out in the Youth Room. Jerrod has a passion for seeing lives changed through discipleship. That drive has led him to start an online ministry - to minister to new and growing Christians. In the not so distant future, Jerrod will begin seminary; most likely followed by ordination.

Jerrod married his wife Ruby in 2005. His son Elijah was born in 2007. In his free time, Jerrod enjoys watching the St. Louis Cardinals, playing baseball, blogging, tweeting, coffee, and spending time with his wife and son.

Colleen has been on staff since 2010. She was led here by God in an amazing way (with a small assist from her pink blackberry.) She is a student at IUPUI, where she is focusing on psychology and religious studies, and has been a resident of Carmel for twenty-one years. Youth ministry has been a key component of her life since she was a young girl, and her passion for helping teenagers to Christ means a little piece of her will never grow up.

Major parts of her life include talking, laughing, books and music. She is a big believer in hello kitty band aids (which remind her of her white cat, Luna), listening for God’s voice in the simple things and blueberry pancakes for dinner.

Sandy has been on staff since 1992. She was born and raised in New Mexico and Colorado. She has a degree in Music from Ft. Lewis College in Colorado and a masters degree in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from Eastern New Mexico University. She met her husband Craig on a European concert tour. They have two children, Caitie and Jay. She has one grandchild, Cael, son of Caitie and her husband Lucas. Sandy works full-time at Westfield Pharmacy, but feels that this ministry is her passion.

Her philosophy of music is quite clear: you don't have to be a great musician; you just have to love making music for God. Remember, God didn't say "sing pretty." God said, "make a joyful noise." There is ALWAYS room for one more person!
